Our core team members bring a decade of experience in executing high-stakes international programs, including the prestigious English Access Microscholarship Program supported by the U.S. Department of State.
The leadership team at StartIDA – including Alexander Bitškov – has a deep-rooted history of managing complex, multi-year educational initiatives. A standout achievement includes participating in the implementation of the English Access Microscholarship Program in Ida-Virumaa. This intensive two-year cycle, ran by VitaTiim MTU and supported by the U.S. Embassy in Estonia, provided youth from Narva, Sillamäe, and Kohtla-Järve with more than just language skills; it served as a foundation for global leadership.

By overseeing 360 hours of non-formal instruction, intensive summer camps, and community service projects, our team demonstrated the operational capacity to meet the rigorous reporting and quality standards of the U.S. Department of State. This legacy of developing “Access Alumni”—young leaders now equipped for global exchanges and competitive careers—is the cornerstone of the professional expertise we bring to our current international partnerships.
